It's COLDDDDDDD!

Hi, remember me. Once again, sorry for the gaps in blogs to those of you who are regular readers.

It was a balmy -30c when I got up this morning. A very pleasant wait at the end of the drive for the school bus I can tell you. It is now around -8c, sunny and blue skies and it looks like a good weekend ahead for the Kearney Dog Sled Races. We have guests checking in tonight and tomorrow night, so they should have a very "wintery" weekend. We have plenty of snow up here, believe me.

I was skiing at Arrowhead on Wednesday and the conditions were very good. Also had an excellent ski at Hidden Valley last Thursday.

Those of you who are dreaming about summer, we only have a few spots left (see our vacancy calendar) so give us a call. We are updating it every day (if there is a change). Remember, we do get cancellations, so if your cottage and/or week is not available today, it may be tomorrow. We are also very happy to put you on a wait list.

To our returning guests who have yet to send in their deposits, we ask that you do so as soon as possible, thanks.

For those of you wanting a taste of winter, come on up and spend a a few nights.
