Fire Ban at the Woods

Well, no rain of any value now for about 4 weeks(?) and so as tonite no campfire at the Woods. First time since we have been here that this has occurred.

Labour day is now full, but we still have plenty of spots in September so come on up and enjoy Fall with us. Thanksgiving is now half filled so if you are thinking about coming up for that, don't leave it too long.

We'll post the Summer 2008 Vacancy calendar in Sept for those already thinking ahead.

August Update

Hello Readers

Well I can't believe it but August is now here and the weeks are just flying by.

We are now into our third week of fantastic weather. Just day after day, back to back, week after week of sun and hot days. To be honest, we need some rain desperately.

The lake is warmed up nicely and the nights are cooling off enough for comfortable sleeping.

For those of you thinking about what we will have available for summer 2008, we will post our vacancy calendar in the Fall.

Thanksgiving is filling up fast, so if you are thinking about a cottage for that weekend, give us a call. Still 2 spots left for Labour Day weekend and plenty of spaces for September although the weekends of Sep 7 & 8 and 21 & 22 are now fully booked.
