Sorry, its been awhile.

Winter is underway up here. Hidden Valley opens this weekend, I was out on the lake today and shovelled off an area for skating (I went out as far as the end of our neighbour's dock), our tree is up and decorated and the place is covered in a nice blanket of white.

We have guests in both cottages starting Dec 23, so both Christmas and New Years are booked, but we still have cottage 1 available from the afternoon of Jan 2 onwards. So if you want a taste of winter, come on up. I was in touch with Hidden Valley today and this year we are able to offer discount coupons to our guests. Remember dog sledding, tubing, tobogganing, skiing (x-country amd downhill), snowshoeing, skating and hiking are all within an easy drive of the "Woods".

I just want to take this opportunity to thank all our guests who stayed with us in 2005. We had a very enjoyable year and are really looking forward to meeting new people over the winter months and of course we can't wait to welcome back new and regular guests once spring hits.
